For years, Colorado cafeteria workers have served millions of free breakfasts and lunches under the state's Healthy School Meals for All program.

The Colorado State Board of Education approved Cherry Creek School District’s Teacher Degree Apprenticeship Program, a partnership with the Community College of Aurora that allows aspiring teachers to earn a degree and licensure while working in classrooms.

This week, the Cherry Creek School District will celebrate 75 years and welcome back nearly 53,000 students from preschool through 12th grade. The new NSWL Denver state-of-the-art performance center broke ground Monday morning; a one-of-a-kind partnership between Denver NWSL and the Cherry Creek School District. The goal is to help advance women’s youth, amateur, and professional sports in Colorado and support CCSD’s vision of a Pathway of Purpose for every student.

The Cherry Creek High School boys lacrosse team goes undefeated in the regular season and is the No. 1 seed in the state playoffs! CCSD teams are headed to state in girls lacrosse, soccer, and tennis, as well as boys volleyball and boys swimming and diving!
