​​​​​​​​​​Welcome to the Endeavor Academy School Counseling web page. The information here is designed to help support students and parents through the high school years and prepare students for college and career success. Endeavor Academy counselors pro​​​​​​​​​vide support to students and their families in three major areas: academic advisement, personal/social development, and post-graduate planning. We work with student, parents, staff, and the community to provide resources and support in each of these areas.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

 Post-Secondary and Workforce Readiness

​Endeavor Academy believes in a ​​​“boots on the ground” approach offering individualized college campus and workforce site visits, as well recurring monthly visits from military recruiters. Each student completes a “Postsecondary Interest Survey,” in which the counseling team then generates student access for informational tours, providing meetings with college, career, and military representatives suitable to his/her goals and interests. Endeavor Academy students are surprised to learn that college is an option no matter what their GPA and/or test scores might indicate. This year, we plan to take students to the following colleges:
